Cadillac No-Charge Scheduled Maintenance Program. The first of its kind in the industry, the Cadillac No-Charge Scheduled Maintenance Program offers free scheduled maintenance for your Cadillac during the first four years or 80,000 km of ownership - whichever comes first. The program covers the inspection and replacement or other appropriate service of items such as:
24-Hour Cadillac Roadside Service In case you need assistance during the warranty period, the Cadillac Roadside Service is at your disposal to help with towing, changing a flat tire, jump-starting or other needs. Wherever you go in Canada or the United States, help is never more than a toll-free call away. Alternative Transportation Whenever your Cadillac requires scheduled maintenance or warranty repair service, your dealer will offer you shuttle transportation for daily service or an alternate car (or reimbursement for rental or other transportation expenses) for overnight service. Trip Interruption Protection Should your journey be interrupted by a repair covered by the Cadillac Warranty, General Motors of Canada will reimburse you for reasonable hotel, meal and alternative transportation expenses.
